RYP is excited to curl up with a partner, Rutland Rocks Curling Club (RRCC), for this meet-up! Beginning off the ice in the warm room at Giorgetti Arena you'll learn the basic rules, etiquette, and strategy of curling along with techniques for delivering and sweeping the stone. You’ll then get to practice your new skills on the ice by playing an abbreviated game! No equipment needed. Just wear clean, rubber-soled shoes and comfortable, movable, weather-appropriate clothing.

After the game, come warm up with us at Strangefellows Pub for “broomstacking”. During this traditional après-curling event, the winning team customarily buys the losing team drinks. In this case, your ticket includes one drink ticket and a taco bar! Curling will be on the TVs and good vibes will be all around. Space is limited, you don’t want to miss this!
